Conditions and supplements

Children up to 2 years old: cot or crib 10.00 € per day. Small and medium-sized pets are welcome with a supplement of € 10 per day, they also have access to a designated area for walking. A dog assistance service is available, allowing guests to leave their dog on the premises in the walking area with the following rates: 20.00€ for half a day, 35.00€ for the full day (from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm). In common areas, dogs must be kept on a leash. Dogs are not allowed to access the pool and tennis court.

All rooms are NON-SMOKING.

Luggage storage: if necessary and by prior arrangement, luggage can be left free of charge on the premises

Final cleaning: 40 euros per stay

City tax: 1.50 € per day, per person (starting from the age of 10), to be paid for a maximum of seven consecutive days, from April 1st to September 30th.

 

Payment methods

The reservation of the apartment is considered confirmed upon payment of a confirmatory deposit, deductible from the total stay, equal to 30% for stays of 3 nights or more and equal to the amount of the first night for stays of less than 3 nights. The confirmatory deposit must be paid by bank transfer.

The balance of the apartment can be paid by bank transfer within 3 working days prior to check-in (with the receipt sent) or alternatively upon arrival in cash or by instant bank transfer. Neither checks nor credit and debit cards are accepted. Upon arrival, we will submit the tourist rental contract for review and signature.

Reservation conditions and cancellation policy

How to book

To check the availability of the apartment and book, send a request email to info@albadilunasirolo.it or fill out the form on the website.

You will receive a confirmation of the availability of the accommodation and the related rental proposal. To confirm your booking it is necessary to pay the confirmatory deposit and send a copy of the transfer made to info@albadilunasirolo.it. The rental proposal is not binding and is valid for 48 hours.

The confirmatory deposit must be paid within 3 days of the acceptance of the rental proposal, after which the reservation will be considered null and void. Alba di Luna will send a confirmation email upon receipt of the confirmatory deposit credit. Reservation confirmation implies acceptance of our cancellation and deposit terms.

How to cancel a reservation

You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 30 days before the start date of your stay. In case of cancellation more than 30 days before the start date of the stay, the deposit paid will be lost. Last minute reservations do not allow cancellation and refund of the deposit.

Security deposit

Upon arrival, a security deposit of €200.00 will be required. This will be refunded in full at the end of the stay, except for any damages to the apartment and the property.
