Alba di Luna is a completely renovated countryside villa: here you can find three independent apartments with every comfort and an autonomous entrance. Located within the Conero Park, a few minutes from the centre of Sirolo, Alba di Luna is surrounded by a two-hectare park and the Marche countryside.
With its plants, flowers, olive grove, and fruit trees, the park is an explosion of colours and scents. Inside, there is a relaxation area with hammocks and comfortable pouf armchair for reading and enjoying the garden, games for children and a space dedicated to pets. The highlights of the park are the swimming pool with sunbathing area and the synthetic grass tennis court, where you can spend moments of sports and relaxation.
The barbecue area and wood-fired oven are perfect for organizing a summer dinner and represent a meeting point to make new friends at the stove and share a meal in the garden. Available to all guests, the outdoor kitchen includes a sink, a hob, and a washing machine for laundry. The large free uncovered parking is equipped with a charging station for electric cars. It is also the starting point for excursions in the area: here you can find directly on-site your e-bike, mountain bike, or horse to explore the Conero Park and Sirolo from nearby trails and the Coppo San Lorenzo cycle path.
The solar panels on the roof and the rainwater collection system allow reducing the energy impact of Alba di Luna.
